HEY! is hiring a Training & Program Coordinator! We’re looking for someone who can keep the details moving, build strong relationships, and help young people step into leadership.

The person in this role will help coordinate The Mirror, a training built from young people’s own definitions of safe and trusted adults, as well as our Youth Facilitation Incubator, which prepares young people to lead within The Mirror and across HEY!.

The details:
⚡ This role will coordinate training cohorts and associate logistics, help adult and youth facilitators feel prepared and supported, and support young people as they build facilitation and leadership skills.
⚡ Approximately 30 hours/week
⚡ Position duration: November 2026–December 31, 2027
⚡ $30-40/hr, based on qualifications and experience
⚡ Based in Greater Cincinnati (regular in-person availability required)
