All young people in the Greater Cincinnati region are invited to apply. HEY! wants to hear from all young people ages 14-24 to help shape systems that can better serve youth in our region, so we are seeking young people who live in Ohio and Kentucky, young people who attend public and private schools (both high schools and college), young people not enrolled in school, and young people who bring a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences to the Fellowship.

The 10-year strategy is designed to improve supports for all youth in the region, so we are seeking applicants who can bring a variety of perspectives to the Fellowship. Based on the data, there are some demographic groups who are facing greater barriers navigating the current system, so we also want to ensure these voices are represented in the Fellowship: Black youth, LGBTQ+ youth, and systems involved youth (involvement with child welfare, foster care, juvenile justice system).
