About

HEY! Youth Fellowship

The HEY! Fellowship is a paid leadership opportunity that puts young people at the center of shaping a healthier, more supportive Greater Cincinnati. Open to youth ages 14–24, the program empowers Fellows to use their voices, lived experiences, and ideas to drive meaningful change in youth mental health and well-being. Through hands-on projects, community engagement, advocacy, and leadership development, Fellows work alongside community partners to ensure young people aren’t just part of the conversation—they’re helping lead it.

HEY! has welcomed four cohorts of Youth Fellows to date, with our fourth and current cohort serving from October 2026 through May 2027. The Fellowship is facilitated in partnership with Youth at the Center.
